TSH Collab global coronavirus update

At TSH Collab, community is at the heart of everything we do – and it’s in difficult times like these that we realise just how smart, talented and caring that community truly is. Of course, it’s our number one priority to keep you safe and thriving. As circumstances surrounding COVID-19 continue to evolve day-by-day, we’ve put a number of measures in place to keep things running smoothly and safely.

Please see below for our latest updates.

Accessibility and events

All of our spaces remain accessible in-line with local regulations, which vary on a location-by-location basis. However, we strongly recommend that you work from home where possible. We have suspended all member and community events until further notice and have introduced a digital community engagement program across locations.

Please reach out to your local community manager for the latest information, questions or queries.

For the majority of our staff, we have implemented a work from home policy. This means all services will be reduced to virtual support until further notice. Community managers are still contactable via email, mobile or Slack. For urgent matters, please visit the hotel reception, which is open 24/7. The mail and parcel reception and distribution service will stay active but will be managed by the hotel reception.

Hygiene and safety

The health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority. As such, we have increased the frequency and scope of cleaning in our spaces, including the regular sanitation of high touchpoints (e.g. door handles, phone booths etc.). We are also encouraging social distancing and all other recommended personal hygiene practices.

Government and health authority guidance

We are monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak closely and adhering to all guidance and regulations from local government and health authorities.

We’d like to thank you all for your ongoing patience and understanding as we deal with your questions and queries as quickly as possible. We’ll keep you posted with regular updates when they’re available.

Stay connected, stay cool and stay safe, everybody. We will get through this together!
